About Me - The CEO

Hi, I’m Jody Mitchell.
With a background in Social Science, my journey began in youth residential services — a space that taught me the importance of being present, consistent, and compassionate.
I went on to work in mental health, and eventually found where I believe I’ve made the greatest impact: the disability sector.
What’s guided me throughout is something simple — yet often missing in support work — genuine listening.
Not just checking in on feelings or needs, but having real conversations.
Because it’s in those everyday moments that people show you what’s working, what’s not, and where true support is needed.
Today, I see a growing gap in quality, meaningful support services. That’s why I’ve started this journey not for me, but for everyone who deserves to be heard and genuinely supported. This is more than a career. It’s a commitment to doing things better.
I make a promise to deliver well trained, happy and engaged people you deserve and enjoy seeing.
